Returns & Exchanges

To return or exchange a product, please email us.

We accept returns on unused items within 7 days of delivery. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Once the returned item arrives, we will issue a refund for the purchase price. If you prefer, the item may also be exchanged for store credit.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived incorrect. We recommend insuring return shipments, as items damaged during return transit are the responsibility of the customer.

As each piece is made by hand, subtle variations in form, glaze, or color are part of the character of the work and are not considered defects.
